Introduction
A Safety and Health Committee plays a crucial role in promoting workplace safety, ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations, and fostering collaboration between employers and employees to prevent workplace accidents and hazards.
This Safety and Health Committee Awareness Training provides participants with a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and functions of a Safety and Health Committee in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Malaysia) and the Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Committee) Regulations 1996.
Participants will learn how to effectively conduct safety meetings, identify workplace hazards, and contribute to continuous improvement in workplace safety and health management.
