ONE T.E.A.M Together Everyone Achieve More (2 days team building)

This 2 day team building designed for middle to senior level management is crafted to create a happy and fun athmosphere, where participants will engage in interactive activities that encourage communication, strengthen trust and foster a sense of belonging through carefully selected games, challenges, and group tasks. Particpants will experience first hand the strenght of collaboration while enjoying themselves in a positive and supportive enviroment. 

Key learning objectives are:

1.Enhance inter-departmental communication

-Strengthen colloboration and information flow accross departments.

-Apply active listening, questioning, and feedback skills to reduce miscommunication and foster teamwork. 

2. Build leadership skills amongst supervisors and team leads

-Demonstrate effective leadship behaviours that moticate and guide team members. 

-Develop coaching, delegation and decision-making skills for stronger team performance.

3.Encourage accountability and ownership of tasks

-Embrace personal responsibility for roles, tasks, and outcomes.

-Foster a culture where individuals proactively take initiative and deliver on commitments. 

4.Foster creativity in improving operations

-Apply creative problem-solving techniques to enhance efficiency and client experiences. 

-Explore innovative approaches to streamline processes, improve service quality and support continuous improvement.  

Methodology:

Promote team development and collaboration The methodology is grounded on Bruce Tuckman's development model, which outlines the stages of team growth: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing and Adjourning. Each stage will be reflected in the programs activities to ensure participants can effectively navigate team dynamics. The methodology also focuses on hands-on experiences and structured activities that allow participants to identify strengths, weaknesses and work together toward acheiving both individual and team excellence.

This is a 2 day training program and costing is based on per class with maximum of 20 participants.
